Chargeback Policy:

  • All sales are final, and any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be met with strict penalties.

  • If a chargeback is initiated after a purchase, Cloud 9 Studio will enforce a $10,000 fine for each week the dispute remains unresolved.

  • By purchasing from Cloud 9 Studio, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that any chargebacks will incur these fines.
